Brand new hotel, situated in the center of Tbilisi. The hotel is located in the quite private yard, in a short distance from the David Aghmashenebeli Avenue and Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street. The metro station "Station Square" is just 5 minutes away. The famous Dezerter Bazaar when one can find almost everything from the local products to the clothes and etc is in a walking distance. You can easily reach the Old Tbilisi either with a taxi or by metro (both ways will take just around 10 minutes). The location is perfect for those who come to enjoy the historical and cultural heritage of the capital of Georgia, and those who plan to explore the country using the train. Lots of cafes, bars and places of interest around hotel will keep you busy during entire day, and quite yard will offer you a pleasant and relaxing sleep during the night.
The rooms are situated on 2 floors and offer the view to the private yard.
You can also find the small bar on the first floor, where you can enjoy the variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

4. The kids can stay in the room (0-6 years old) for free if using the existing bed.

7. If you'd like to request for the late check-out, please contact the reception at least in 2 hours before check-out time (10AM). The prolongation of the stay is possible only in case the room is available for that date.

10. The guests of the hotel can invite friends from c 10AM till 10PM. We kindly ask you to inform the reception about any visitors you are waiting for, and to meet them personally in reception area. The outside guests can move around the hotel only in the company of the hotel guests. We kindly ask you to be quite and respect the rest of the other guests during your stay in the hotel. The hotel guests are fully responsible for the behavior of the visitors during they stay in the hotel.
11. We kindly ask you to be accurate with hotel equipment, follow fire safety rules. Leaving the room please check that all the windows are closed, water, lights and any electrical equipment are turned off. In case of damage or loss the hotel guest will need to compensate all the expanses in full.

14. The room cleaning and changing of the towels is arranged on the daily bases (upon the guest request). The guest can refuse from the daily cleaning or changing of the towels. You can find a both side sign in your room “Please clean my room/Please do not disturb”

17. The hotel is not responsible for the work of city services (electricity blackouts, water and gas cut-offs)
It is strictly forbidden
1. To leave the outside guests inside your room without your presence to pass the key for the room to them
2. To store in your room the inflammable materials, weapon, hazardous materials
3. To smoke in your room or any other inner space of the hotel. The smoking area can be found outside, on hotel porch or balcony. All the rooms are equipped with the smoke detectors and fire alarms. The fine for smoking in the room is 500GEL (according to the Georgian legislation).
4. To disturb the rest of the other guests, leaving in the hotel. The fine for the noisy and disruptive behavior is 150GEL (according to the Georgian legislation)
5. The management of the hotel reserves the right to enter the occupied room without notifying guest in case of fire alarm, traces of smoke, water leakage, urgent need of the repairing works, or in case of violent breakage of the hotel rules by the guest.
6. The hotel is able unilaterally cancel the present reservation or reject to prolong the stay of the guest in case of violent breakage of the hotel rules by the guest, insufficient payment or property damage.
7. In case the guest did not check out at 12AM and left his room without notifying the reception, the hotel management is able to enter the room and bring his belongings to the storage room.
8. The hotel guests are informed and have no objects against the usage of the video cameras in common spaces of the hotel.
